ALLUINN is currently a proud owner and in charge of the redevelopment of a 115-year-old historical building in Downtown Los Angeles to convert the asset from an apartment building into a 140 key luxury lifestyle boutique hotel. The total project cost is set to be $70 million, and upon completion and stabilization, the project will be valued at $120 million.
ALLUINN has reached exponential growth already, with the company currently holding over $5oo million in hospitality and multi-family development projects in the pipeline located in Southern California, South Carolina, and Texas.
Engaged by a multi-family developer to be the Development Advisor and Construction Management team for the development of over 600 keys in 3 separate hotels in South Carolina. Combined all in construction costs will be $200 million, and have a stabilized value of $350 million.
Engaged by a Southern California landowner to be the Development Advisor and Construction Management team for the development of a 101 unit multi-family apartment building in the Crenshaw district of Los Angeles. Combined all in construction costs will be $33 million, and have a stabilized value of $50 million.
